• MailBrief היא תוכנה חינמית בקוד פתוח, ברישיון MIT.
• התוכנה מסופקת ״כמות שהיא״ (AS IS), בלי אחריות מכל סוג. היא עוזרת לסדר את המייל, אבל האחריות על מה שנשלח, נמחק או הוגש (למשל לרו״ח או לרשויות) היא של המשתמש/ת.
• התוכנה פועלת מול חשבונות הדואר שלך בשמך ולפי ההגדרות שלך. יש להשתמש בה בהתאם לתנאים של ספק הדואר ולחוק.
• אין לתוכנה שרת ואין שירות מקוון; לכן אין ״חשבון״ שאפשר לסגור — מספיק להסיר את התוכנה ולבטל את ההרשאות אצל ספק הדואר.
• הפרטיות שלך מתוארת במדיניות הפרטיות.

Terms of use (English)

• MailBrief is free, open-source software under the MIT license.
• It is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. It helps organize your mail, but you remain responsible for what is sent, deleted or filed (for example to an accountant or an authority).
• The app acts on your mail accounts on your behalf and according to your settings. Use it in line with your mail provider's terms and the law.
• There is no server and no online service, so there is no account to close: uninstall the app and revoke its access at your mail provider.
• Your privacy is described in the privacy policy.
